Oliver G. “Chip” Brewer III has served as a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Callaway Golf since joining the Company in March of 2012. Mr. Brewer oversees all areas of the Company, and under his leadership Callaway has become an industry leader in equipment sales, advanced technologies, and product performance.
Since 2012, he has also served as Director of TopGolf International, Inc, in which Callaway Golf Company has a minority ownership interest. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adams Golf from January 2002 to February of 2012. Mr. Brewer currently serves on the Board of the National Golf Foundation as well.
He is a 1986 graduate of the College of William and Mary, and he received his MBA from Harvard University in 1991.
Brian Lynch is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and has served in this role since January 2019. Prior to his current position, he served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 2012, before being appointed the additional role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in April 2017 and Chief Financial Officer in July 2017.
He is responsible for the Company’s finance, legal, IT, corporate governance, and compliance functions. Mr. Lynch also formerly served as the Company’s Chief Ethics Officer. Mr. Lynch first joined Callaway in December 1999 as Senior Corporate Counsel and was appointed Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in April 2005 and Vice President and Corporate Secretary in November 2008.
He has over 30 years of experience handling legal, strategic, operational, and administrative matters for public and private entities. Mr. Lynch received a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College. He lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife and two sons.
As the Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Callaway, Mark Leposky is responsible for sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, quality, program management, planning, purchasing, transportation and logistics for the Company, as well as Callaway Accessories and Licensed Products. He joined the Company in April of 2012.
Mr. Leposky has over 19 years of industry experience, and prior to his work at Callaway he served as the President & CEO of Gathering Storm, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Fisher Scientific, and Chief Operating Officer at Taylormade Golf, among other roles.
An avid golfer, Mr. Leposky holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He lives with his wife and two children in Carlsbad, CA.
Serving as EVP, Callaway Golf, Glenn Hickey leads all three Callaway regions globally, which includes Americas (US, Canada, and Latin America), EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, South Pacific, and India), and Asia (Japan, Korea, China and Southeast Asia). Mr. Hickey was promoted to this role in January 2019, after serving as Sr. Vice President Sales, Americas, Callaway Golf, since July 2012, where he was responsible for managing sales in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
Glenn joined Callaway Golf in 1991 and was a top-producing Inside Sales Representative for 7 years. He was promoted to Inside Sales - National Account Manager in March 1997, Regional Sales Manager - East U.S. in November 2002, Director of Special Markets in June 2006 and Vice President, Special Markets and Mass Merchants in August 2008.
Prior to working at Callaway Golf, Glenn was a bond trader for 4 years in the L.A. and New York offices of First Interstate Bank, prior to transitioning to Wedbush Securities. He completed Financial Analysis for Non-Financial Managers certification from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. He received a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from San Diego State University in 1984.
Glenn and his wife Zena reside in Cardiff, CA. They have two children. He currently serves as a board member for the San Diego Junior Golf Association.
Joe Flannery has been the Executive Vice President, Apparel & Soft Goods, of Callaway Golf since joining the Company in March of 2020. In his role, Mr. Flannery oversees all areas of the Company’s global soft goods and apparel strategy.
He has more than 25 years of retail-focused experience with global aspirational brands, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Newell Brands' technical apparel division, consisting of Marmot, ExOfficio and Coleman apparel.
Mr. Flannery's extensive apparel business experience also includes holding executive positions at Canadian Mountain Holidays and The Meriwether Group (TMG), serving as VP of Global Marketing at The North Face, and serving as Global VP and GM of the Originals Division at Adidas Group AG.
Richard Collier has been the CEO of Jack Wolfskin since joining the company in December 2020. He is responsible for the stewardship of the brand and its international growth.
He has more than 25 years of experience in Sporting Goods and Outdoor brands, most recently as Chief Product Officer for Helly Hansen where he guided its product and operations divisions. He started his career working for Adidas AG and has also worked as a management consultant at Kurt Salmon Associates where he had clients such as VF, Nike and Polo Ralph Lauren.
An avid outdoor athlete, Richard is a graduate of the University of Oxford. He lives in Oslo, Norway with his wife and three children.
Dr. Alan Hocknell is the Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Callaway Golf, a position that he has held since August of 2009. Dr. Hocknell is primarily responsible for charting the Company’s innovation and design strategies across all product strategies. During his tenure, Callaway has been the #1 Driver, #1 Fairway Wood, #1 Hybrid, #1 irons, and #1 Putter brand.
He joined the Company in 1998, and has held the positions of Vice President of Innovation and Advanced Design, Senior Director of Product Design and Engineering prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President of Research and Development. Under his leadership, Callaway’s R&D team has developed breakthrough innovations including Flash Face and Jailbreak Technology in metalwoods, Face Cup Technology in irons, Dual SoftFast Core Technology in golf balls, and Stroke Lab Technology in putters.
Dr. Hocknell earned his Doctorate degree in Engineering Mechanics from Loughborough University in Leicestershire, England. He has also earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London, England. He lives with his family in Carlsbad, CA.
Tim Reed is Senior Vice President, Global Sports Marketing and has served in this capacity since January 2016. Mr. Reed is responsible for the presence of Callaway Golf and its family of brands across professional tours worldwide, including player sponsorship, recruiting and development, while also overseeing junior golf initiatives.
Prior his current role, Mr. Reed served as Senior Executive Vice President, Product Strategy and Management, where he was responsible for the company’s product road map.
Mr. Reed arrived at Callaway Golf Company from Adams Golf, where he served as Vice President of Research and Development. Prior to Adams Golf, Mr. Reed served as Vice President of Research and Development at Odyssey Golf. And before Odyssey, Mr. Reed served in various design and engineering positions for Tommy Armour Golf Company, including Sr. Vice President of Research and Development. Mr. Reed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
Tim and his wife live in Encinitas, CA with their two children.
Sean Toulon, Callaway Golf’s Senior Vice President/General Manager of Putters, has been a student and practitioner of club design since joining the golf industry more than 30 years ago. He founded Zevo Golf in the 1990s and was a driving force behind some of the most innovative and iconic metalwoods, irons and putters introduced since the turn of the century.
He brings a deep knowledge of equipment, the golf industry, the market and what golfers want to his role leading the Odyssey and Toulon Design brands. He joined Callaway in September 2016 and has helped strengthen Odyssey’s leadership position as the #1 Putter in Golf while also growing the high performance Odyssey Toulon line.
A native of Madison, Wisconsin and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Sean lives in Vista, California with his wife and two German Shepherds.
Alex M. Boezeman is President of Asia, Representative Director of Callaway Golf K.K. and has served in such capacity since July 2011. In this role, Mr. Boezeman is responsible for the overall management functions in Asia, including Japan, Korea, Greater China and SE Asia. Until then Mr. Boezeman held the position of President of Japan from 2001 and Asia Region, including Korea and China since 2002 and again in 2007, and has held various positions since joining the Company in 1997, including Vice President Asia Marketing and Business Development, General Manager, ERC International and Director of Advertising and Promotion. Mr. Boezeman has a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Hawaii.
Neil Howie is Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa and has served in such capacity since July 2011. In this role, Mr. Howie is responsible for the sales and marketing functions in Europe, Middle East and Africa, and since 2015 also has the responsibility for Australia, New Zealand, and India. Until 2011, Mr. Howie held the position of Managing Director of Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. Prior to joining the Company in 1998, Mr. Howie served as Managing Director of Rogue Golf Company Ltd. Mr. Howie is a member of the Institute of Directors.
