Management Team

Oliver G. “Chip” Brewer III has served as a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Callaway Golf Company (“Callaway” or the “Company”) since joining the Company in March of 2012. Mr. Brewer oversees all areas of the Company, and under his leadership, Callaway has returned to being a global leader in premium golf equipment, gear and apparel, with a portfolio of global brands including Callaway Golf, Odyssey, TravisMathew, and OGIO.

Mr. Brewer serves as Director of Topgolf and previously served on the Board of the National Golf Foundation from 2014 to 2019. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adams Golf from January 2002 to February of 2012.

He is a 1986 graduate of the College of William and Mary, and he received his MBA from Harvard University in 1991.

Brian Lynch is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and has served in this role since January 2019. Prior to his current position, he served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 2012, before being appointed the additional role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in April 2017 and Chief Financial Officer in July 2017.

He is responsible for the Company’s finance, legal, IT, corporate governance, and compliance functions. Mr. Lynch also formerly served as the Company’s Chief Ethics Officer. Mr. Lynch first joined the Company in December 1999 as Senior Corporate Counsel and was appointed Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in April 2005 and Vice President and Corporate Secretary in November 2008.

He has over 30 years of experience handling legal, strategic, operational, and administrative matters for public and private entities. Mr. Lynch received a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College. He lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife and two sons.

As the Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Callaway Golf Company, Mark Leposky is responsible for sourcing, manufacturing, golf ball R&D, engineering, quality, program management, planning, purchasing, transportation and logistics, and the Ogio brand for the Company. He joined the Company in April of 2012.

Mr. Leposky has over 20 years of industry experience, and prior to his work at the Company, he served as the President & CEO of Gathering Storm, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Fisher Scientific, and Chief Operating Officer at Taylormade Golf, among other roles at The Coca-Cola Company and United Parcel Service.

An avid golfer, Mr. Leposky holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He lives with his wife and two children in Carlsbad, CA.

Serving as Executive Vice President and President of Callaway Golf, Glenn Hickey leads global sales and marketing for Callaway golf clubs and balls, branded apparel, and branded performance gear. He oversees all three Callaway Golf regions globally, including Americas, EMEA, and Asia. Mr. Hickey was promoted to this role in March 2023, after serving as Executive Vice President, Callaway Golf, since January 2019.

Glenn joined Callaway Golf in 1991 and was a top-producing Inside Sales Representative for 7 years. He was promoted to Inside Sales - National Account Manager in 1997, Regional Sales Manager - East U.S. in 2002, Director of Special Markets in 2006, Vice President, Special Markets and Mass Merchants in 2008, and Sr. Vice President Sales, Americas in 2012.

Prior to working at Callaway Golf, Glenn was a bond trader for four years in the L.A. and New York offices of First Interstate Bank, prior to transitioning to Wedbush Securities. He completed Financial Analysis for Non-Financial Managers certification from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. He received a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from San Diego State University in 1984.

Glenn and his wife Zena reside in Encinitas, CA. They have two children. He currently serves as a board member for the San Diego Junior Golf Association.

As Chief People Officer at Callaway, Angela Deskins leads the company’s people vision and strategy, overseeing all aspects of the HR function. She focuses on recruitment, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, DE&I, and talent development.

Angela is a seasoned HR leader with nearly 20 years of experience. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at TravisMathew, where she developed a collaborative People Strategy that aligned with company objectives. Previously, she held key positions at adidas, overseeing North America’s Commercial and Brand divisions, driving team success and business growth through a strong focus on high-performance culture and inclusivity.

Having lived in Detroit, Chicago, Portland, Amsterdam, and Geneva, Angela brings a diverse perspective to her role. She currently resides in Dana Point with her family, enjoying the coastal lifestyle and outdoor activities.
